All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by three program committee members of this special track. The International Journal of Web Services Research (JWSR, SCI indexed) has confirmed to support the publication of APSCC 2014 papers. All the APSCC 2014 submissions from both research track and special tracks will go through the journal submission system. The PC members will review the papers through the journal review system and return the results before the notification date. Based on the review results, one best paper of this special track will be published by JWSR after revision, and the extended version of other accepted papers will be recommended to get published in the newly founded journals supported by the Services Society, which depends on the author’s requirements. Note that, at least one author of all the accepted papers MUST register and give a presentation in the special track.
Manuscripts submitted will be limited to 8 pages and REQUIRED to be formatted using the template provided by the CPS (you can find the WORD or Latex template at http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/submission).
An electronically submitted abstract will be required prior to the submission of the full paper. Electronic submission of manuscripts (in PDF or Word formats) in English is required. In order to submit a paper, click on the link to the submission system powered by ConfHub.com Services, and follow the below steps:
1. For existing user, just sign-in and jump to step 5; For a new user, move to step 2
2. Click the "New User, Create a New Account " link
3. Fill in the registration form, and read the registrations agreements carefully, then click " I agree and Registration" button
4. You will get a new account and be logged into the user default page automatically
5. Click "Submit a Paper"
6. Fill-out the Paper Submission form
7. Click Submit
8. Click "Back to My Papers List"
9. Click on the ID/Title of the abstract of the paper you would like to upload
10. You will now have an upload section on at the bottom of the form
11. Click Browse
12. Select your paper
13. Click Submit
